These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GOOOD website, mobile application, QR ordering system, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by the business trading as GOOOD. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean GOOOD. Our registered address and company details are available in the footer of the Platform or upon request.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing orders or creating an account.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform.

• All orders placed through the Platform are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
• Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there is a pricing error.
• Payment is taken at the time of ordering (for online payments) or at the venue (for pay-later orders).
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

We provide allergen and dietary information in good faith based on the ingredients used. However, our kitchen handles common allergens and cross-contamination may occur. If you have a severe allergy, please inform a member of staff before ordering. Allergen information is advisory and does not constitute a guarantee.

• Delivery is subject to availability within our delivery area.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
• A minimum order value and/or delivery fee may apply.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food or drink items.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Google for analytics). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
